At this time, you are responsible for any insurance reimbursement. You will receive a receipt for insurance, taxes or health spending account. Payment is expected after service has been provided.
This is not covered under massage therapy. This is provided by a dental hygienist / myofunctional therapist with extensive training and certifications.
