Renting the SleepImage Ring at Funny Face Myo allows you to monitor your sleep quality and breathing patterns with advanced, non-invasive technology while you follow your customized facial muscle exercise plan. Since our exercises target muscles involved in breathing, chewing, and swallowing, using the SleepImage Ring helps us gather precise data on how these functions improve over time. This information enables us to fine-tune your routine for optimal results, ensuring that your facial muscle training supports better respiratory function and overall wellness. The rental process is straightforward, and our team at Funny Face Myo provides guidance on using the device effectively alongside your exercises.
Details will be shared during your first Sleep & Airway Insight appointment where you will pick up the device - this is a scheduled appointment.

A series of exercises focused on restoring proper muscle function of the face, lips, tongue and jaw. There are multiple phases of therapy; intensive, habitual and maintenance.

During the assessment appointment, we will go over pain points and determine your wellness goals! Next you’ll be sent home with a treatment plan listing out the exercises for each week and how to properly integrate them into your life. Included in the program will also be a “myo essential tool kit” which are your equipment to hit the “facial gym” I will be available for contact at any time should you have questions.
Everyone’s treatment plan is different but we aim to get all goals accomplished by 12-20 weeks. If you are dedicated to the program and able to put time and effort into your wellness, the faster we can finish and one step closer to better breathing, sleep and less pain!
Myofunctional therapy is suitable for everyone from age 6 and up, but treatment around the age of 7 or 8 is ideal. This is because oral habits are less ingrained at this stage and easier to change, encouraging normal dental growth.
The first appointment known as the assessment phase must be completed in person! I need details, photos and data that are too difficult to obtain online. I am happy to come to you for a small travel fee of $25. If the program has been paid in
full, I will waive the travel fee.
For therapy sessions: in person or online sessions available over zoom
Insurance coverage is between the provider and you! I am happy to provide a superbill for you to investigate your plan. Payment plans are available to break barriers to afford treatment.
