Train your muscles. Transform your sleep.

The Silent Sleeper Program is a targeted myofunctional therapy series designed for individuals who clench, grind, snore, or have a diagnosed Sleep Breathing Disorder such as Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). After a full myofunctional assessment and review of your sleep study results, we create a personalized facial and oral muscle training program to improve airway function and support restful, uninterrupted sleep.

Through a series of up to 14 guided sessions, you’ll learn to strengthen and coordinate the muscles of the tongue, face, and airway—helping to reduce snoring, improve nasal breathing, and significantly lower your AHI (apnea-hypopnea index), often by up to 50%.

This is a supportive, evidence-informed program that works alongside your existing care plan, whether you use a CPAP, oral appliance, or are seeking a more holistic approach.

Benefits may include:
• Reduced snoring and mouth breathing
• Fewer night wakings and improved sleep quality
• Decreased clenching, grinding, and jaw tension
• Lowered AHI and improved oxygen flow during sleep
• Better tongue posture and muscle tone
• Increased nasal breathing and airway stability
• Improved focus, energy, and daytime alertness
• Reduced dependence on appliances over time (when applicable)

This program may help if you experience:
• Diagnosed Obstructive Sleep Apnea or UARS
• Loud snoring or mouth breathing at night
• Morning headaches or dry mouth
• Nighttime clenching or teeth grinding
• Fatigue, brain fog, or trouble concentrating
• Jaw tension, TMJ pain, or poor tongue posture
• Feeling unrefreshed even after a full night's sleep

This program is ideal for clients ready to take an active role in their sleep health through education, therapeutic movement, and personalized support. It's not just about quieter nights—it's about better days, too.
