Welcome 🤍If you’re wondering “Where do I begin?”  this post is for you.

There is no right pace for this book club. You do not need to read the entire book, take notes, or keep up with anyone else. Read what feels manageable, skip what doesn’t, and come back anytime!!!


If you’re opening Breath for the first time, consider starting with the early chapters that introduce:

  • Nasal vs mouth breathing

  • Why modern breathing habits have changed

  • How breathing affects sleep, energy, and daily function

If you’ve already read parts of the book, that’s great too. Jump in wherever feels right for you!


Over the next few days, simply notice:

  • Where does your tongue rest when you’re relaxed?

  • Are your lips gently closed or open at rest?

  • Do you notice mouth breathing during the day or at night?

No need to change anything yet!!! Your awareness building comes first.
