There is no right pace for this book club. You do not need to read the entire book, take notes, or keep up with anyone else. Read what feels manageable, skip what doesnât, and come back anytime!!!

How breathing affects sleep, energy, and daily function

Where does your tongue rest when youâre relaxed?
Are your lips gently closed or open at rest?
Do you notice mouth breathing during the day or at night?
